活性污泥工艺中,曝气时间是影响系统处理效果的重要运行参数。研究了曝气时间对污泥吸附性能和聚集性能的影响,考察了期间胞外聚合物(EPS)特性。结果表明,当有机负荷为100mg[COD。]/g[MLSS]时,恢复污泥性能的最佳曝气时间为2h,过长的时间将降低其性能。污泥性能与LB—EPS和TB—EPS的质量比及多糖和蛋白质的质量比具有负相关性。曝气使污泥EPS中的LB—EPS和TB—EPS的质量比及多糖和蛋白质的质量比均下降.从而使得絮体中具有更多的氢键缔合倾向的官能团,提高了活性污泥絮体的吸附聚集性能。
In the activated sludge process, aeration time is an essential operation parameter which affects the treatment efficiency of the system. The effect of aeration time on adsorption capacity and aggregation performance of activated sludge was studied, meanwhile, the characteristics of extracellular polymers substanees(EPS) during the operation was also investigated. The results showed that, when the organic loading rate was 100 mg [CODcr/g[MLSS], the optimal aeration time for sludge performance recovery was 2 h, over-long aeration time would degrade its property. There were negative correlations between the performance of activated sludge and the mass ratio of LB-EPS to TB-EPS as well as the mass ratio of polysaccharide to protein. The mass ratios of LBEPS to TB-EPS and polysaccharide to protein were both decreased by aeration, and as a result, the amount of functional groups which had strong tendency of forming hydrogen bonds increased, thus the adsorption and aggregation performance of the activated sludge was improved.
