本文利用脉冲雾化热蒸发化学气相沉积法(PSE-CVD)制备了单相氧化铬薄膜,并将其应用于丙烯的催化燃烧。对所得薄膜的物相、表面形态和物理化学性质进行了系统的表征,用原位漫反射红外光谱研究了表面催化过程。结果表明所得薄膜为纯净的单相结构。氧化铬薄膜呈现光滑的圆形颗粒且分散均匀。催化特性测试表明氧化铬薄膜可以在较低温度下完全氧化丙烯。原位漫反射红外光谱显示,催化反应过程由L-H机理控制。
A single phase chromium oxide thin film was prepared by pulsed spray evaporation chemical vapor deposition(PSE-CVD) and was applied to the catalytic combustion of propene.The phase,surface morphology and physicochemical properties of the obtained films were systematically characterized.The surface reactions were studied by in situ diffuse reflectance infrared spectroscopy.The results show that the thin film is pure single phase structure,smooth circular particles and dispersed evenly.The chromium oxide film can completely oxidize propene at relatively low temperatures.In situ diffuse reflectance infrared spectroscopy shows that the catalytic reaction process is dominated by the L-H mechanism.
