在分析高校计算机基础教育的现状及存在的问题基础上，借助IC3网络教学平台，针对《大学计算机基础》课程进行改革和实践。从实践结果来看，69名学生参与了IC3考试，100％通过IC3认证考试并获得电子认证书，一次性通过率达到90％，值得推广。

Based on the analysis on present situation and problems of college computer courses teaching, using IC3-Network education platform, we made the reform and practice aim to the Course of Basis Computer in college. There are 69 students to take the exam of IC3, and to 100% pass the exam from the result. Especially, One-time pass rate of 90% , which deserves generalizing.
