家族企业常常被认为具有长期导向,怎样的家族企业更具长期导向,检验交接班意愿对长期导向决策的影响及与家族亲缘关系的交互作用,结果显示:交接班意愿一致的家族企业更倾向于长期导向性决策;交接班意愿对企业长期导向经营的影响受到家族亲缘关系的正向调节,但家族亲缘关系只有在交接班意愿一致的情况下才会有积极作用,这也从一个侧面反映了家族亲缘效应在家族企业管理决策中扮演的角色更多的是"锦上添花"而不是"雪中送炭"。上述结论表明交接班意愿一致性代表着家族企业的持续经营意愿,进而深刻影响了家族对企业的长期承诺,而在此过程中家族亲缘关系对其影响是复杂的。
Since family businesses are often considered to be long-term oriented,this paper aims to find outthe family businesses with longer term orientation,and the impact of handover willingness on long-termorientation decision-making as well as its interaction with family kinship. The analysis results show thatfamily businesses which have consistent handover willingness are more inclined for of long-term guidance.The impact of handover willingness on long-term orientation is under the positive regulation of family,skinship. However, only when handover willingness is consistent will the kinship of family businesses play apositive part on it. This partly indicates that the kinship effect of family businesses might provide only asupplementary rather than necessary help to the management and decision-making of family enterprises. Theresults also imply that consistency of handover willingness means the family’s desire of continualmanagement of their businesses,and profoundly influences family' long-term commitment to the firm. Duringthis course, family kinship has complex influence on it.
