纤维板纤维制备单元能耗分析

利用统计实验的方法对国内典型纤维板生产厂家的纤维制备单元进行能耗分析,得出了生产单位质量纤维的能耗组成、各部分能耗所占比重以及影响纤维制备单元能耗的主要影响因素。通过实际生产的测试数据,定量分析计算了纤维制备单元各工序以标准煤表征的电能、热能的消耗。在此基础上的分析和计算结果表明,1t纤维的总能耗为162.434kg(ce),电能和热能消耗比例大约在1.00:4.49;各工序中,干燥和热磨为主要的耗能工序,分别占总能耗的65.199%和33.681%,电能和热能的消耗比例分别为1.00:17.40和1.00:1.75,研究为进一步采取有效措施节能降耗提供了理论依据。

英文摘要:

Statistical experiment method is applied to conduct energy consumption analysis on the fiber preparation unit of domestic typical fiberboard production manufacturer, the energy consumption composition for producing unit quality fiber, the share of energy consumption, and the main factors affecting fibers unit energy consumption are obtained. Through the test data of actual production, for the each process of fiber preparation unit, the consumption of electric energy and thermal energy in terms of standard coal is quantitatively analyzed and calculated. Based on the analysis and calculation, results indicate that the total energy consumption for It fiber is 162.434kg(ce); the ratio of electric energy consumption to heat energy consumption is about 1:4.49. Among the processes, dry and hot mill are the process of main energy consumption, accounted for 65.199% and 33.651% of the total energy consumption, respectively; the consumption proportion of electric energy and heat consumption is 1:17.4 and 1:1.75, respectively; and the research provide the theoretical basis for taking further effective stapes saving energy and reducing consumption.
