研究了反式异戊橡胶釜内合金(TPIR)的生胶结晶性能、力学性能和加工性能,及其在轿车轮胎带束层中的应用。实验结果表明,TPIR的玻璃化转变温度、结晶熔融焓、生胶强度和硬度均低于反式异戊橡胶。丁二烯单体单元的含量分别为4.8%(x)和10.5%(x)的TPIR-05和TPIR-10在宽应变、宽频率和宽温度范围内均具有良好的加工性能。相比天然橡胶(NR)硫化胶,TPIR硫化胶具有更好的撕裂强度、定伸应力、硬度和耐老化性能,TPIR-05硫化胶具有很好的钢丝黏合性能。将10~30份TPIR取代NR应用于轮胎带束层胶料,NR/TPIR并用硫化胶同时兼备优异的拉伸强度、定伸应力、硬度、撕裂强度、钢丝黏合性能及耐老化性能。NR与TPIR相容性较好,NR/TPIR并用硫化胶的滚动阻力较低。炭黑在NR和NR/TPIR并用硫化胶中均具有良好的分散性。含TPIR的轮胎带束层胶料具有更优异的综合性能。
The crystallization behavior,mechanical properties,processing characteristics of two kinds of trans-polyisoprene rubber alloys(TPIR) and their application in tire belts were investigated. Compared with trans-polyisoprene raw rubber,TPIRs showed lower glass transition temperature,crystallization melting enthalpy,strength and hardness. TPIR-05 and TPIR-10,in which the content of butadiene are 4.8%(x) and 10.5%(x),respectively,have good processability in a wide range of strain,frequency and temperature. Compared with nature rubber(NR) vulcanizate,TPIR vulcanizate showed improved tear strength,high modulus and excellent hot-air aging resistance. TPIR-05 vulcanizate has good adhesion with steel. Using 10-30 phr TPIR to substitute NR in tire belts recipes,NR/TPIR vulcanizate showed satisfied comprehensive properties,such as excellent tensile strength,modulus,hardness,tear strength,adhesion with steel,hot-air aging resistance. NR/TPIR vulcanizates showed lower rolling resistance because of the good compatibility between NR with TPIR. Carbon black also dispersed uniformly in NR/TPIR vulcanizates.
