The rapid advance of economic globalization and the wide application of information technology, make communication between modern people present a complicated situation. Ways of communication are undergoing profound changes. The traditional communication plays an important role in the construction of social structure, developing the productive forces and promoting human development. But it is being muzzled by various negative effects. Social philosophy thought, evaluating social communication activity during a given period of time, should be based on these principles of the subjective and objective, effectiveness, openness and comprehensiveness, and grasp a certain scale.
