为了研究短叶片包角对离心泵内部流动和性能的影响。在原型泵叶轮(具有8长叶片)的基础上设计了4长4短的叶轮,通过多次改变短叶片包角。采用全黏性三维湍流数学模型数值模拟计算了4组长短叶片离心泵内流场,对比分析了不同短叶片包角设置方案对泵的包角-扬程、包角-效率等外特性曲线及叶轮内流场在不同情况下的流动分布。结果表明:短叶片包角在一定范围内,随着包角的增大,泵的最高效率略有提高;同时随着短叶片包角的增加,泵在设计工况下运行时叶轮进口处负压有所增大,湍动能损失不断减小。
In order to investigate the effects of short blade wrap angle on centrifugal pump internal flow and performance .In the pro‐totype pump impeller (with 8 long blades) is designed based on the 4 long 4 short of the impeller ,through times of change of short blade wrap angle .4 groups of splitter blade flow field in centrifugal pump is calculated using numerical simulation of three dimension‐al turbulent viscous mathematical model ,a comparative analysis of different short blade wrap angle setting scheme of the pump wrap angle-head ,wrap angle-efficiency curve and external characteristics flow within the impeller in case of different flow distribution . The results show that :the short blade wrap angle in a certain range ,with the increase of wrap angle ,the highest efficiency of the pump increased slightly ;at the same time ,along with the increase of the short blade wrap angle ,pump running in the design condi‐tion of impeller inlet negative pressure increased ,the turbulent kinetic energy loss decreases .
