Eight phenolic acids were isolated from the solid cultures of Metarhizium sp. SC0924. They were identiffed as vanillic acid （1）, syringic acid （2）, anthranilic acid （3）, phenylacetic acid （4）, ferulic acid （5）, dihydroferulic acid （6）, 3-phenyllactic acid （7） and latifolicinin A （8）. All compounds except 2 and 6 exhibited antifungal activities against Peronophythora litchii by the agar diffusion method using paper disks.
