本文在探讨探索性技术学习和挖掘性技术学习与创新绩效之间关系的基础上,进一步分析了影响探索性技术学习和挖掘性技术学习的因素,并通过对我国企业大样本的问卷调查统计,借助结构方程建模(SEM),深入地研究了组织因素影响技术学习以及技术学习促进创新绩效的内在作用机制和路径关系,为我国企业提高创新能力和创新绩效提供了有益的理论指导。
Based on analyzing the impact of explorative and exploitative technological learning on the innovation performance,the factors that could promote explorative and exploitative technological learning are illustrated.And then,though a big-sample questionnaire investigation and a structural equation model,the mechanism and path between organizational factors and two kinds of technological learning and therefore innovation performance were analyzed,and managerial implication was put forward.
