匝间耐压测试仪是测量线圈匝间绝缘性能的仪器,在实际使用中存在仪器操作复杂、存储资源有限等问题。研究匝间耐压测试仪自动测量平台的设计与实现,主要包括平台系统架构、基于Linux与Qt的嵌入式软件设计、基于RS232与Socket的通信协议设计、基于C#的客户端软件设计以及数据库设计,实现了仪器的自动测量,最后对整个平台的运行效果作出客观的总结。
This paper researches on the design and realization of the automatic measurement platform for impulse winding tester,including platform system architecture,embedded software design based on Linux and Qt, communication protocol design based on RS232 and Socket,client software based on C# and database design,therefore the tester can be automatically measured.An objective summary is given for the operation results of the whole platform finally.
