目的：了解新修订的《职业病防治法》颁行两年多来,企业职工获取职业健康监护和服务的意愿、对相关职业病知识的了解、对所在企业目前职业卫生条件的认识和职工职业卫生防护、疾病及其治疗情况等四个方面的内容。方法：对四川省泸州市39家国有大中型企业共计167名职工进行抽样调查。结果：广大一线职工对获取与自身职业卫生安全有关的监督检查和技术服务的意愿是比较强烈的,但对相关职业病知识的了解程度并不高,部分职工对职业病危害的认识不足;有的企业重效益轻安全,不重视职工职业病防护工作,其职工职业病防护工作不能满足相关职业卫生法律、法规对职业病防护的要求;职工职业卫生防护和疾病及其治疗水平较医疗改革实施前有较大提高,但还需要进一步提高保障水平。建议：加强政府对企业职业卫生工作的监管、落实企业职业病防治的主体责任和提高企业职工医疗保障水平。

to know the following four aspects two years after the enaction of the newly revised Law of Occupational Disease Prevention and Treatment ：company employees＇ willingness for the occupational health control and service, their understanding of the relevant occupational diseases, their understanding of the current occupational health conditions, employees＇ occupational health protection and diseases and the treatment. to make sampling investigation on 167 employees in 39 state-owned large and medium-sized companies in Luzhou City, Sichuan province. the frontline staff have a strong will to obtain supervision, inspection and technical services related with their own occupational health and safety; but do not have a high level of understanding of the relevant occupational diseases, and part of the employees lack the full awareness of occupational disease hazards; some companies weighs benefits over safety, neglect the employees＇ occupational-disease -prevention, its employee occupational -disease -prevention work can＇t satisfy the requirements of occupational-disease-prevention laws and regulations; employees＇ occupational health protection and disease and its treatment has improved greatly compared with that before the implementation of healthcare reform, but it still needs further improving. to strengthen the government＇s regulation on occupational health work in companies, to carry out the main body＇s responsibility of occupational disease prevention and control, and to improve the medical insurance for company employees.
