Zhaobishan bauxite occur in the unconformity contact surface between middle triassic beiya formation and upper triassic Zhongwo Formation.Ore-hosting wall rocks are limestone of Zhongwo formation.Sedimentary facies is limitated Gulf phase-lagoon phase-intertidal phase.Al2O3.H2O is the most important mineral.Lenticular-oolitic structure is the mainly ore structure.The deposit,in genesis,belongs to paleo-weathering crust type.
