利用流变仪分析了不同质量分数卡波姆934凝胶的流变特性,结果表明,质量分数大于0.25%时卡波姆凝胶的粘性表现急剧增大。通过自行研制的撞击式射流系。统,采用高速摄像技术,对4种不同质量分数的卡波姆凝胶进行非对称射流撞击实验,结果表明,只有质量分数为0.15%的卡波姆凝胶出现有规律的周期性液线和液滴结构,即鱼骨破碎模式;固定一束射流的预撞击距离为3.5mm,最大鱼骨角随另一射流预撞击距离增大,先增大后减小;鱼骨破碎模式下,液膜的表面波波长与最小液膜边缘厚度的比值是常数。
Rheological properties of Carbopol 934 gels were analyzed by using rheometer. The viscosity performance increased sharply, when the mass fraction of Carbopol gel was bigger than 0.25 %. High-speed photography was used to in- vestigate the atomization behavior of non-Newtonian Carbopol gels, which showed a shear-thinning behavior, with asymmet- ric impacting jet conditions. Present results indicated that the fishbone break pattern was only found in the experiment of 0.15 % Carbopol gel. As the ratio of preliminary impact distances of two jets increased, the maximum fishbone angle first increased and then decreased. The ratio of ligament spacing and minimum of rim thickness was a constant.
