在实验室条件下,探索了小檗属种子的适宜萌发条件,并研究了该属15种植物种子的萌发特性。结果显示,在黑暗、70%湿度的智能人工气候箱中,在20℃(12h)/25℃(12h)变温条件下,在主要以医用纱布为介质的培养皿中,11种植物种子的萌发时滞为6~16d,平均为(11.36±4.13)d;萌发持续时间为8~76d,平均为(29.45±20.27)d;萌发率为53%~99%,平均为(81.00±17.61)%。而在25℃恒温条件下,5种植物种子的萌发时滞为7~22d,平均为(14.00±5.69)d;萌发持续时间为21~46d,平均为(31.33±10.19)d;萌发率为34%~94%,平均为(69.50±22.71)%。有关研究结果为小檗属野生植物种子的育苗工作提供了简单易行的方法。
The suitable germination conditions for seeds of Berberis were explored in laboratory,and the germination characteristics of seeds of 15 species of Berberis were studied.In an intellectual artificial climate chamber,under conditions of darkness,70% humidity,changing temperatures of 20℃(12h)/25℃(12h),seeds of 11 species were evenly put on petri dishes,respectively,with medical gauze as the main substrate,the experimental results showed that the seeds began to germinate after time lags of 6-16 d,with average of(11.36±4.13)d;the durations of seed germination were 8-76 d,with average of(29.45±20.27)d;and the germination percentages were 53%-99%,with average of(81.00±17.61)%.However,under constant temperature of 25℃,seeds of 5Berberis species began to germinate after time lags of 7-22 d,with average of 14.00d± 5.69d;the duration of seed germination were 21-46 d,with average of(31.33± 10.19)d;and the germination percentages were 34%-94%,with average of 69.(50±22.71)%.The present research results may provide a relatively simple and a practically feasible method to raise seedlings from seeds of wild plants of Berberis.
