结果免疫组化结果显示,与正常人表皮相比,寻常性银屑病皮损中Akt1(0.2170±0.0144)和Akt2(0.2157±0.0150)的表达差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),而Akt3(0.2990±0.0165)的表达却明显高于正常皮肤,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论寻常性银屑病皮损内Akt活性的升高可能与Akt3的表达增强有关。
Objective To investigate the significance of the expression of three isoforms of Akt in the pathogenesis of psoriasis. Methods ' Immunohistochemistry method was used to detect the expression of Akt1, Akt2, Akt3 in lesions from 30 patients with psoriasis vulgaris and skin from 15 normal people. The expression levels of Akt1, Akt2, Akt3 were analyzed by measurement of the average optical density of immunostaining. Results The expression of both Aktl (0. 2170 ±0.0144). and Akt2(0. 2157 ±0.0150) in psoriatic lesions had no obvious differences compared with that of normal skin (P 〉 0.05, respectively). However, the expression of Akt3 (0.2990 ± 0. 0165) in psoriatic lesions was significantly higher than that in normal skin (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The increased expression of Akt3 might be correlated to the elevation of phosphorylated Akt and Akt activity in psoriatic lesions.
