以某型高速凸轮轴磨床砂轮架为研究对象,运用模态分析理论对砂轮架的固有频率和振型进行分析。建立了三维有限元模型,运用MSC.Patran&Nastran有限元分析软件对原砂轮架进行模态分析,找出原砂轮架设计中的缺陷,改进砂轮架的结构。通过多种改进方案的比较,确定优选方案,从而为产品的设计和改进提供了理论依据。
For the grinding carriage of a camshaft grinder at high speed, mode analysis theory is used to analyze its natural frequency and mode shape. The 3D model and finite element model of the grinding carriage are built and analyzed with MSC. Patran & Nastran. Using the mode analysis based on FEM, the shortcoming of the original structure is explored. The effects of various structural modifications are evoluated, and the optimization design of the structure is obtained. The results provide the theoretical foundation for product design and improvement.
