Accroding to the new generation GPS, extracts the basic concept and symbols information of tol- erance annotation. Describes the information of tolerance annotation by OWL. And designs the framework of tolerance annotation ontology. Presents the tolerance annotation ontology with Protege and constructs the tolerance annotation rules by SWRL. At last, realizes the rule rea- soning by existing rule engine, namely JESS. And provides a shareable and reusable reference to developing N-GPS KB system.
