在文献回顾的基础上,提出市场导向促进组织创新机制研究的假设模型,并通过对长三角地区463家企业的问卷调查对这一模型进行了验证。研究认为,市场导向可以分为信息获取、信息传播、市场反应等三个方面。信息获取对组织创新没有直接显著影响;信息传播既对组织创新产生直接影响,又通过知识吸收与创造对组织创新产生间接影响;市场反应既对组织创新产生直接影响,又通过知识吸收与创造对组织创新产生间接影响。
Based on the literature review, we propose the hypothetical model of organizational innovation promoting mechanism of market orientation. We verified the model by way of questionnaires among 463 enterprises in Yangtze River Delta region. The empirical study results show that market orientation could be categorized into information acquisition, information dissemination and market responsiveness. Information acquisition has no direct significant impact on organizational innovation. Both information dissemination and market respon siveness not only directly affect organizational innovation, but also indirectly affect organizational innovation through knowledge absorption and creation.
