Tri-sodium citrate with aqueous gold chloride was warmed up and mixed to make 25 nm colloidal gold particles under the conditions of pH 7.6 and 13 μg/mL protein.Test line and control line on nitrocellulose filter were spread to assemble immunostrip.The results indicated that the virus could be tested specifically on immunostrip within 10 minutes,and the sensitivity was a dilution of 104-fold purified Squash mosaic virus.
