采用无配体Pd(Ⅱ)催化2,4-二氟苯硼酸与对溴苯乙酮的Suzuki偶联反应,35℃下,反应20min一步合成了标题化合物,偶联产率达98.7%,产物经IR、^1HNMR及晶体结构表征。
4-( 2′, 4′-Difluorophenyl ) acetophenone was synthesized from 2′, 4′-difluorophenylboronic acid and 4-bromoaeetophenone via the Suzuki cross-cotlpling mediated by the ligandfree Pd ( Ⅱ ) complex. The yield of 4- (2′, 4′ - difluorophenyl) acetophenone was 98.7 % at 35 ℃ over a reaction time of 20 min. The structure of 4-(2′ ,4′-difluorophenyl) acetophenone was characterized by IR,^1HNMR,and the single crystal X-ray diffractometry.
