通过采用加速锈蚀试验,研究无粘结预应力钢绞线在不同锈蚀条件下的力学性能指标随锈蚀率的变化规律,对比分析钢绞线在正常锈蚀和局部锈蚀条件下的名义极限强度、名义弹性模量、伸长率的差异,提出非截面积减小因素下的锈蚀对钢绞线的损伤。研究结果表明:锈蚀对钢绞线材性的影响不仅仅在于截面积的减少,锈蚀损伤主要原因在于锈蚀产生的腐蚀坑而形成的应力集中现象对钢绞线力学性能的严重影响;通过对比分析正常锈蚀和局部锈蚀下钢绞线的力学性能的差异,得到排除截面积减小影响下的名义极限强度锈蚀损伤比,并对锈蚀钢绞线进行损伤分析,得出锈蚀率与锈蚀损伤变量的关系。
Based on the accelerated corrosion tests, the variation strand's mechanical performance along with corrosion ratio changed regulations of unbonded prestressed steel in different corrosion conditions were stud- ied. By a comparative analysis of the steel strand difference of nominal uhimate strength, nominal elastic modu- lus and elongation ratio under the normal corrosion and the partial corrosion, it was put forward tha the corrosion damage of steel strand without regard to the factor of cross - section reduction. The results show that the influence corrosion has on steel strand mechanic performance of corrosion damage lays in the stress concentration analysis of the difference of mechanical performance is not merely cross - section reduction, and the primary cause phenomenon caused by the pit of corrosion. By a comparative under normal corrosion and partial corrosion, corrosion dam- age proportion of nominal ultimate strength ignoring the factor of cross - section reduction is obtained. By analys- izing of corrosion damage about steel strand, the relationship between corrosion rate and the corrosion variable is also obtained.
