根据超级电容器恒功率放电的要求,采用升压斩波拓扑结构设计恒功率放电系统。针对升压斩波电路中IGBT的驱动加以研究,采用HCPL-316J驱动光耦与PIC单片机相结合组成IGBT驱动电路。驱动芯片的输出端采用推挽结构,降低了驱动电路的输出阻抗,从而加快驱动电压的装载速度。PIC单片机产生占空比可实时调整的PWM波形作为输入,实测的输出波形符合IGBT驱动的要求,并随着输入波形的变化而变化,系统能够稳定可靠的工作。
