文章模拟高温吸收式热泵的高温高压、低氧含量等工况,考查了SUS304不锈钢在高温(150~200℃)LiBr溶液中的腐蚀规律。发现溶液浓度和温度的提高使点蚀转变为膜腐蚀。浓度的变化主要改变了离子的吸附量,温度则主要影响氧化膜的厚度,从而改变了304的腐蚀速率。运用SEM,XPS和EDMA等表征方法分析膜状物的成分为Fe(OH)2和SiO2,结果证明内层SiO2膜有很好的缓蚀作用。
The working conditions of high temperature, high pressure and low oxygen etc were simulated to investigate the corrosion laws of SUS304 stainless steel in high- temperature (150- 200 ℃) LiBr solution. The study has revealed that, the increase in oxygen concentration in solution and temperature rise have turned the pit corrosion into film corrosion, the variation of oxygen concentration has changed the amount of ion absorbed and the temperature has mainly affected the oxidation film thickness, resulting in the variation corrosion rate of SUS304 stainless steel. The results of analysis of Fe(OH). and SiO. in film by SEM, XPS and EDMA prove that the film has excellent corrosion inhibition performance.
