为了克服标签天线小型化技术中结构复杂,不易于与标签芯片匹配等问题,设计了一种基于开口环谐振器(splitringresonator,SRR)的天线结构。为了实现天线与芯片之间的匹配,该天线采用T型馈电网络。仿真结果表明:该天线具有较好的S1特性。天线的工作频段也包含中国UHF频段的920-925MHz。设计的天线尺寸约为30mm×25mm,结构简单,很好地实现了天线小型化,并用矢量网络分析仪对天线的阻抗特性进行测试,且测试结果与仿真结果基本吻合。
Abstract. A UHF tag antenna based on split ring resonator (SSR) was proposed in this paper. The antenna was designed for the purpose of reducing the size of itself. A T-match network was used to make it have a good match with the RFID chip. The simulation results showed that the RFID tag antenna had a good SH characteristic. The band of the antenna contained the band of the UHF (920-925MHz). The dimension of the antenna was 30 mm × 25 mm. Moreover, it had a simple structure and miniaturized. The antenna designed in this paper was fabricated. Also, the impedance of the antenna was measured by vector network analyzer. The measurement and the simulation are basically consistent.
