当前中国经济发展面临着增强企业技术创新、形成合理的区域发展格局两大课题，实现中国后发地区企业技术赶超目标意义重大。中国经济外部环境的最主要特征是经济裂变与技术范式变迁。中国应实行后发地区企业技术赶超战略，包括实行双轨并行战略、基于生命周期的“滞后紧跟”技术战略、协同式价值创造战略，在此过程中要注重市场驱动与政府驱动的平衡。
英文摘要：
Corporate technological innovation, and forming balanced regional development are two critical issues facing Chinese economic development, therefore, it has significant meaning for firms in Chinese backward region to catch-up in corporate technology. The external environment of China＇s economy is mainly characterized with economic fault and technological paradigm. To realize technological catch-up for firms in Chinese backward region, includes parallel strategy, life cycle-based ＂next to the first＂ strategy, and synergic value creation strategy. Under the new business environment, market and government should play reasonable roles.
