为了给组合桥梁的设计提供参考,针对组合桥梁中开孔钢板剪力连接件(PBL连接件),考虑端部承压方式、混凝土强度、孔洞数量以及贯穿钢筋直径4个因素的影响,进行了9个PBL连接件的单调加载推出试验。试验结果表明:端承型试件的抗剪承载力和抗剪刚度高于非端承型试件,而且2种试件的破坏形态有所区别,前者是混凝土板的劈裂破坏,后者是孔内混凝土榫的剪切破坏。采用回归分析法在已有承载力计算方法基础上,改进提出了考虑所有横向钢筋对混凝土约束作用的抗剪承载力表达式。在纵向抗剪刚度计算中,依据弹性地基梁理论,结合国内外68个试验模型的回归分析,提出了适用于单排多孔且考虑端部混凝土承压作用的PBL连接件抗剪刚度计算方法,并给出了PBL连接件在静载下的荷载-滑移曲线模型。与试验结果对比发现,所建立的极限承载力、正常使用阶段抗剪刚度计算公式和荷载-滑移曲线模型都与试验值吻合较好,该研究结果对PBL连接件的静力性能研究具有良好的参考价值。
In order to provide a reference to the design of composite bridge,aimed at the perfobond shear connectors in composite bridge,considering the influences of four factors,such as end bearing mode,the strength of concrete,the number of the holes in steel plate and bar diameters perforated the holes,monotonic loading push-out tests of nine PBL shear connectors were conducted.The results show that the shear capacity and shear stiffness of the specimens with end bearing are higher than those of the specimens without end bearing.Two kinds of failure forms of specimens are different,the former is the concrete splitting failure,and the latter is shear failure of the concrete tenon.The method of regression analysis is adopted in shear bearing capacity calculation,and the shear bearing capacity formula considering the confinement effect of transverse reinforcement on concrete is obtained by modifying existing calculation formulas.In the longitudinal shear stiffness calculation,based on the theory of elastic foundation beam,combined with 68 regression analysis of test models at home and abroad,the shear stiffness calculation method for the connectors with multihole and single row,considering concrete end bearing effect is put forward.Finally,the load-slip curve model of PBL connectorsunder static load is presented.In terms of comparison,it is found that ultimate bearing capacity formula,the stiffness formula in normal use stage and load-slip curve model are in good agreement with the experimental values and the results of the research have reference value for the investigation of the static performance of PBL connectors.
