With the development of enterprise project management,the integration of strategic management and project management has become a trend in the enterprise management study.In the highly dynamic environment,how to apply the multi-project management for effective implementation of enterprise strategy to enhance their competitiveness has come to the focus of both research and practice.The paper takes the application of multi-project management in Jinan Iron Steel Group Co."Steel Plate Base" Strategy as an example,analyze the integration process of strategic management and multi-project management centralized in Project Management Office from the perspectives of strategy implementation and resource integration,and the strategy management model suitable for multi-project management enterprises is discussed.
