本文立足于家电行业的流通环节,从商业模式的概念入手,给出了商业模式的三层体系结构模型,对家电行业的价值链诸角色及相互博弈状况进行了分析,并研究了在时间尺度上家电行业的业态转化、核心能力变化及商业模式创新等方面的发展状况,根据这些新的形势变化,提出新的商业模式环境下家电流通企业所应该采取的对策。
This paper is focused on the distribution of electrical appliances. We give out the definition of business model and a three - storey hierarchical model. We analyze the different roles and their relationships in value chain of electrical appliances. Then we research into the industry transformations, core abilities and innovations of business model on the time axis. On the basis of these analyses we put forward several for electrical appliance firms under the new business model.
