运用Robertson-Stiff(RS)型非牛顿流体理论研究了石油钻井和完井过程中钻井液和水泥浆在多孔介质中的渗流特性.针对毛细压差的影响,运用分形几何理论建立了RS流体的启动压力梯度的解析模型,模型表示为流体特性参数、介质结构参数和压降的函数.运用模型分析了毛细压差对启动压力梯度的影响表明,对于低孔隙度多孔介质,毛细压差的影响不能忽略.RS流体分形模型的建立为研究宾汉姆、幂律和牛顿流体提供了便利.
The seepage properties of the non-Newtonian Robertson-Stiff (RS) fluid flowing through the porous media were studied.An analytical model for starting pressure gradient with capillary pressure effect for RS fluid in porous media is proposed based on the fractal geometry theory.The proposed model is expressed as a function of the properties of RS fluid,structural parameters of porous media and the pressure drop.The contribution of the starting pressure gradient from the capillary pressure is analyzed,and the result shows that the effect of the capillary pressure on the starting pressure gradient cannot be neglected at low porosity.The analytical expression for RS fluid will contribute to the studies on Bingham,Power-law and Newtonian fluids flow in the porous media.
