通过重氮化反应、Ullmann反应及Suzuki偶联反应,设计、合成了一类新型的含三芳胺功能基的吡啶-2-甲酸衍生物,并通过^1HNMR和元素分析表征了分子结构.初步研究了相转移催化剂对Ullmann反应以及溴代三芳胺分子结构对Suzuki偶联反应的影响.Ullmann反应及Suzuki反应的产率分别达到了48.9%和25.8%,研究结果表明:吡啶-2-甲酸衍生物的合成路线是可行的.
A novel series of the picolinic acid derivatives containing triarylamine units were synthesized through diazo - reaction, Ullmann reaction and Suzuki coupling reaction. Their molecular structures were characterized by H NMR and element analysis. The influence of the phase - transfer catalysis on the Ullmann reaction and the effect of molecular structures of bromo - triarylamines on Suzuki coupling reaction were investigated. The results show that Ullmann reaction and Suzuki coupling reaction exhibited a good yield of 48.9% and 25.8%, respectively. The approach is available to synthesize picolinic acids derivatives .
