随着区域经济一体化进程的加速，贸易同盟之内的贸易创造效应明显，区域内部贸易量尤其是区域内部的服务贸易不断加大。基于扩展的引力模型分析了区域经济一体化对服务业出口和进口的影响。实证结果表明：OECD区域一体化对服务贸易的提升作用最显著；APEC一体化也能有效地促进服务贸易；但是由于存在“边界效应”，NAFTA的区域经济一体化会抑制服务贸易发展。此外，宏观经济的稳定、完善的司法体系以及经济自由化程度也是促进服务贸易的关键因素。

英文摘要：

Along with the accelerating of regional economic integration process, trade creation ef- fect within the trade federation is significant, the trade volumn within the region, especially the ser- vice trade within the region, is increasing. Based on the expanded gravity model, this paper analyzes the effect of regional economic integration on the export and inport of service industry. The empirical results show that OECD regional integration has most significantly promoted the service trade; APEC integration has also effectively promoted the service trade; however, due to the presence of the ＂bor- der effect＂ , the regional economic integration of NAFTA will inhibit the development of service trade. In addition, the stability of conomic liberalization are all considered to be my, perfect judicial system as well as the degree of e- key factors which will promote service trade.
