准直光源用以标定其它光学元件,其准直平行光束指向性确定十分重要。由于准直光源制造安装等因素造成准直光源光轴的初始位置不确定性,需要对准直光源光轴指向定位调整。提出用四自由度机构来实现准直光源光轴定位调整,分析了专用四自由度调整机构的功能和结构。建立四自由度调整机构实现准直光源光轴定位调整数学模型,并进行了解析,确定准直光源光轴定位过程中的量化调整。
The collimated light source is used to demarcate other optical components.Therefore,it is more important to confirm the orientation of the parallel light beam.Because manufacturing and installation factors cause initial position uncertainty of optical axis of collimation light,the oriental position of collimated light need adjustment.It presents four-freedom mechanisms to realize adjustment of the optical axes location of collimated light and analyze function and structure of the four-freedom adjusted mechanisms.The mathematical model of four-freedom adjusted mechanism which has been built is applied to realize the optical axes location adjustment of the collimated light,and use the model quantized the adjusted quantity during the Optical axes location of the collimated light.
