本文分别研究了纯水溶液、0.1 g/L的 L-色氨酸溶液和0.1 g/L 的牛血清白蛋白(BSA)溶液中 CuInS2材料的生成,并对所合成的CuInS2进行了 X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、紫外-可见吸收光谱(UV-Vis)的表征.结果表明,纯水溶液中所生成的CuInS2为非晶结构,L-色氨酸能够促进 CuIn5 S8和 CuInS2的生成,而BSA的存在则能有效地促进单一组分的黄铜矿型CuInS2的生成.
CuInS2 was synthesized in bulk aqueous,L-Tryptophan and Bovine Serum Albumin(BSA)solution with the concentration of 0.1 g/L and characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD),Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM)and UV-Vis absorption spectrum,respectively.Results indicate that CuInS2 produced in the bulk aqueous is amorphous structure,L-Trytophan can promote the formation of CuInS2 containing multifold crystal phases, while the existence of BSA promotes the generation of unique chalcopyrite CuInS2 .
