During the process of integrated innovation, innovator usually needs to carry out the research with some other technology supplier who will transfer advanced technology to him. Influenced by adverse-selection problem, how will the innovator design the revenue-division and responsibility terms of cost-reducing contract for their cooperation to maximize his profit？ The results of this article show that the technology supplier should take more responsibility when the technology is more advancing. Further more, compared with having no adverse-selection problem, the technology supplier＇s responsibility decrease and profit of the innovator decrease too.
