利用模糊综合评价法,对糖尿病心脑血管并发症脑中风进行风险预测,得出患病风险等级:极高危,高危,中危,低危。根据脑中风的各项体征及因素量化模糊数据,建立模糊综合评价指标因素集、确定评价等级集,然后根据专家和临床经验确定权重集,并利用遗传算法优化权重,确定隶属函数矩阵,最后建立脑中风的模糊综合评价模型。研发生成一款基于模糊决策的脑中风风险评估的医用软件,进行风险预测。软件的推广使用能有效地筛选出部分可能发生脑中风的高危患者,以便及早诊断和干预。
The paper utilized fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for the prediction of stroke risk of diabetic cardiovascular complications. The risk levels concludes extremely high risk,high risk,moderate and low risk. According to the factors of various signs of stroke and quantification fuzzy data,we established a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation factor set,evaluation set grade. And then according to the experts and clinical experience,the weights to determine the membership function matrix were obtained and optimized with genetic algorithm. The final stroke of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was set up. A medical software for risk prediction was developped based on sugar stroke risk assessment. The widely use of the software can select people effectively who may at the high risk of stroke,in order to early diagnosis and intervention.
