为探索加筋尾矿砂用作路堤填料的可行性,将不同长度、不同含量的聚丙烯纤维掺入铁尾矿砂中,开展纤维对尾矿砂单轴抗压强度、黏聚力和内摩擦角影响的室内试验。结果表明,掺加聚丙烯纤维能够显著提高尾矿砂的单轴抗压强度,但连续增大聚丙烯的纤维长度、持续提高纤维含量对尾矿砂抗压强度影响不大;加筋尾矿砂的黏聚力随纤维长度和含量的增加呈先增大后减小的趋势,但掺加纤维后尾矿砂的黏聚力整体上高于未添加纤维的尾矿砂;尾矿砂的内摩擦角几乎不受聚丙烯纤维长度和含量的影响。长度1.5 mm、含量0.20%的聚丙烯纤维是最优的加筋配比,这为尾矿砂用于路堤填料提供了试验依据。
In order to explore the feasibility of using reinforced tailings sand as embankment's fillers, the different length's and different content's polypropylene fibers were mixed with iron tailing sand. The laboratory experiment was carried out that study the effects of fiber on uniaxial compressive strength, cohesion and internal friction angle of tailing sand. The results showed that polypropylene fibers can significantly enhance the uniaxial compressive strength, however continues increase of polypropylene fiber length and fiber content contributes little to the improvement of the uniaxial compressive strength; the cohesion of reinforces tailings sand increased first and then decreased with the increase of fiber length and content, but it's cohesion is still higher than former in general; the internal friction angle is hardly affected by the length and content of polypropylene fiber. The length of 1.5 mm and the content of 0.20% polypropylene fiber is the best ratio of reinforcement, which provides the test basis that tailings sand is applied the construction of embankment.
