The degree of public service facilities integration has become a symbol of social progress and affects the quality of living environment. The paper uses Arc GIS platform and establishes an analysis model, and makes an objective evaluation of public service provision and spatial equality in Changting County from attraction and time accessibility angles. The analysis model provides a technical support for public service facilities planning.
