基于一种二自由度七杆机构的新型组合驱动器,分析了机构在两输入不同步时对输出结果的影响,同时由于机构存在杆长的制造和装配误差,会对组合驱动器的合成输出运动产生一定的影响,分析了各个杆长的误差影响系数,就为机构设计、制造时的公差的设计提供依据,对组合驱动器的输入和制造误差进行控制,以此保证驱动器的精度要求。
Based on a two-DOF seven-bar mechanism of a new composite actuator for servo press machine,this paper analyzed the output error of the new composite actuator caused by the asynchronous inputs error;At the same time,the inevitable manufacturing errors of rods and assembling errors could also affecting the composite actuator's output accuracy.According to the principles of tolerance,control the manufacturing,assembling and input errors to guarantee the accuracy of the composite actuator.
