纤维素降解产物一般为平均聚合度(DPw^-)150以上的纤维素链段或是小分子产物,但对纤维素降解为低聚合度葡聚糖的研究较少.本实验采用磷酸降解棉纤维的方法制备了DPw^-为100~140、60~100和7的不同低聚合度的葡聚糖.并且针对DPw^-为10—60葡聚糖难以获得的问题,考察了这一范围内的葡聚糖迅速降解为水溶性葡聚糖的动力学.从而得到了一种从棉纤维中制备低聚合度葡聚糖的新方法.
At present, the average degree of polymerization ( DPw^- ) of products from cellulose degradation were cellulose segment with above DPw^- 150 or small molecules in general, but the study on the production of low DPw^- glucans from cellulose was less discussed. In this experiment, the different low DPw^- glucans from cotton cellulose degraded by phosphoric acid were prepared. To solve the problem that DPw^- 10 - 60 glucans were hard to be obtained, the kinetics about DPw^-10 - 60 glucans degradation to water-soluble glucans rapidly was studied. This experiment has provided a new method for preparation of low polymerization degree glucans from cotton cellulose.
