The construction of smart city is not only the realization of intelligent functions and smart operations of the urban construction, but also the upgrading of the idea of ＂urban construction＂, including the extension of the traditional geo- graphical and administrative nature of city into a space with richer connotation. On the basis of the tension relationship be- tween concept and reality and between geography and digital nature in spatial awareness, we can define the contemporary ur- ban spatial horizon as ＂conceptual space＂ ,＂ space on the road＂ and ＂space under the gaze＂. The multi-level and muhi-di- mensional relations are the subjects concerning spatial forms that require in-depth analysis for the construction of contempo- rary smart city.
