The paper introduces the design idea of OCLC Worldcat cloud computing digital library, analyzes the method which OCLC integrates library resource and the daily service process of digital library. The paper also analyses the service level structure, database structure and inner management structure of Worldcat dlgital library, investigates the cloud computing information security system of Worldcat and Worldcat＇ s effect on improving sharing and availability of digital information resource.
