“大学生创新创业训练计划项目”（以下简称“大创项目”）是教育主管部门面向本科生立项的项目，也是高等学校本科教学质量与教学改革工程重点建设项目之一。然而在该类项目的实施过程中，受到项目开展经验以及培养理念及模式等方面的限制，教师的积极引导作用往往难以充分发挥，学生的创新能力通过该项目未见到有效提高。结合作为“湖北省大学生创新创业训练计划项目”指导教师的经历，对当前我校该类项目实施过程中面临的问题进行分析，提出基于此类项目培养学生创新能力的方法和思路，所得结论供国内同行借鉴和参考。

英文摘要：

"The college students'innovation and entrepreneurship training Program"(hereinafter referred to as"CI Program")is one of the key projects for the undergraduate teaching quality and teaching reform project of higher education.However,for the lack of experience on teaching concept and implementation mode,in the process of such project implementation,the positive guidance role of the guidance counselor is often not fully exerted.And then students'innovative ability cann't been effectively improved through the project.Combining with the experience of guidance counselor leading one of"Hubei University Students'Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Project",this paper analyzes the common problems in the implementation of"CI Program",and puts forward the methods and ideas of cultivating the students'innovation ability based on the detailed project type.Finally the conclusions are gotten to provide reference for domestic counterparts.
