3＋X模式是通过通识教育与职业方向引导、专业方向模块学习与实践、综合实习与论文写作等三个阶段多方向职业能力培养的模式,其关键在于根据行业人才需求设置专业方向,考虑知识的连贯性与完整性设置模块课程、多样性的考核方式及充分的实习。为了更好地实施该模式,学校应尝试改变传统的课程学习模式,同时要加强与企业的联系、重视教师团队建设、鼓励教师参与实践、创建仿真实验室。

The 3 ＋ X model aims to cultivate the talents who will obtain multi- ability after the three phases of general education and professional direction,the learning and practice of professional direction and comprehensive practice,and thesis writing.The emphasis of the model is the choice of professional module,the curriculum setting,the inspection way and internship.In order to implement the 3 ＋ X model of education,the college should change the traditional modules of curriculum,strengthen the contact with the enterprises,attach importance to teachers＇ team,encourage teachers to participate in business practice,and create simulation laboratories.
