为提升交通路网运营效率,针对乌鲁木齐快速公交(BRT)和同线路常规公交,利用GPS和跟车实验法采集两种公交车辆行车数据160组,在对比分析两种公交模式的站间平均行驶速度、行程速度和运营速度后,发现同线路的快速公交与常规公交相比,其整体运营效率具有明显优势,但仍存在提升空间,延长绿灯信号时间15s,可以提高9.24%运营效率.依据速度特性对比分析的结果,建议在交通枢纽切实施行按车辆种类划分使用区域办法;加强和科学建设客流系统,严格落实“先下后上”政策;对部分BRT专用通道实施其他车辆早晚高峰“限时共享”政策,以提高路网通行效率.
In order to increase the operational efficiency of bus rapid transit network,160 groups of speed parameters of bus rapid transit (BRT) and normal bus transit were collected by using GPS handset and bus-following approach in Urumqi.The paper compared the differences of running speed, travel speed and operational speed between bus rapid transit and the normal one on the same way.The results indicate that the speed of BRT is more significantly superior to that of the normal one and there still needs work to optimize the bus rapid transit.There is need for extending green signal for 15 s which could improve 9.24% operational efficiency.There were suggestions for improving the transit network:The passenger flow system should be strengthened.The policy of "Get off before get on"should be strictly exercised. In some BRT private channels,the policy of other trafic being in operation during limited hours at morning peak and evening peak was implemented to improve the operation efficiency of trafic network.
