A key factor in the competition among companies is a company's success in talent management. Human resource management is a key to success in modern enterprise management. By analyzing the status quo of the human resource management practices of Chinese enterprises, this paper identifies and discusses the major problems in the human resource management of Chinese firms compared to the characteristics of the human resource management model developed in Western countries. This paper illustrates a human resource management model suitable for Chinese enterprises by taking Shenzhen Airlines as an example.
