基于传统的光伏电池等效模型,研究了影响光伏电池输出特性的主要因素。通过对受部分遮挡的串联光伏组件工作状态的分析,建立了适用于任意遮挡情况下的串联光伏阵列的数学及仿真模型,通过仿真曲线与实验数据的对比验证了所建模型的正确性。利用所建模型,仿真分析了串联光伏阵列在不同遮挡程度下的输出特性曲线,对比分析了不同遮挡状态下串联光伏阵列的最大输出功率的变化。
Based on the traditional PV cell equivalent model, the main factors influencing the output characteristic of PV cell were analyzed. The mathematical and simulation model suitable for series PV array under any shaded conditions were built by the analysis of operating conditions of series PV cell partially shaded, and through contrasting simulation curve with experimental data, the validity of model was demonstrated. The output characteristic curves of series PV array under different shaded levels were simulated, and the variation of the maximum output power of series PV array on different shaded conditions was analyzed.
