针对电网规模的日益扩大,区域内电站的组成结构越来越多样化,非线性环节对电网调频的影响日渐突出这一现状,建立了考虑死区和发电速度限制等非线性条件下的两区域负荷频率控制模型以及抽水蓄能电站的两段式模型,并将抽水蓄能电站加入区域负荷频率控制模型中.设计了一个模糊逻辑控制器,并与传统的积分控制器进行比较.仿真结果表明,模糊逻辑控制器具有更好的矫正性能,改善了二次调频的动态响应,提高了控制效果;加入抽水蓄能电站后,电网频率恢复速率加快,调频能力得到很大提高.
With the widening of the grid scale,the plants in the area is getting and more diversified,and the influence of nonlinear element on grid frequency control is becoming more prominent.In allusion to the status quo,a model of two area load frequency control considering nonlinear terms such as dead zone and generation rate constrains and a two stages model of pumped storage power station were established.Further,the pumped storage was joined to the load frequency control model.A fuzzy logic controller was designed,and compared with the traditional integral controller.The simulation results show that the fuzzy logic controller has a better correction performance,improves the dynamic response of the secondary frequency modulation and the control effect.After joining in the pumped storage power station,the power grid frequency recovery rate is accelerated,and frequency modulation ability is greatly improved.
