三维曲面建模和数控加工是产品制造的关键,采用逆向工程与正向加工技术相结合,以解决复杂型面难以建模和加工的问题。首先采用正弦光栅投影仪获取被测型面的光栅图像,通过解相和相位展开获取物体三维点云数据,然后根据点云曲率对点云数据进行分区,采用Imageware进行单个曲面拟合和多曲面拼接,实现整体曲面重建,点云-曲面最大偏差为0.264 mm。最后,利用CATIA软件设计出三维曲面凸模及凹模,通过计算刀路轨迹,产生数控加工程序,完成数控仿真加工过程。
3D surface modeling and NC manufacturing is the key of products manufacture. The method of combining reverse engineering and forward processing technology is used is to solve modeling and manufacturing for complex products. The fringe image of the surface is obtained by sine fringe projection, and it is transformed to point clouds by phase demodulation and phase unwrapping. Then the point clouds are divided into 11 parts according to the curvature. With Imageware software, single patch is fitted and multi-patches are merged to realize surface reconstruction. The error of point clouds-surface is 0,264mm. Finally the punch and die of the surface are designed by the CATIA software. Through the calculation of tools path, the NC program is generated, and NC simulation manufacture is implemented.
