研究了不完全指标权重信息下且指标值为语言评价信息的多指标决策问题,给出了一种基于二元语义信息处理和TOPSIS的决策分析方法。首先将规范化的语言评价信息转化为二元语义形式,然后应用TOPSIS方法和二元语义集成算子建立并求解线性规划模型,得到未知的指标权重值,再通过二元语义加权平均算子计算得到各方案的综合评价值。最后通过算例说明了该方法的有效性和实用性。
The linguistic multi-attribute decision-making problem with incomplete attribute weight information is investigated. A decision-making method based on 2-tuple linguistic information processing and TOPSIS is proposed. Firstly, the normalized linguistic appraisal information is transformed into the form of linguistic 2-tuple, and both the TOPSIS and 2-tuple linguistic aggregation operators are used to construct a linear programming model in order to calculate unknown attribute weights. Based on it, the comprehensive appraisal value of each alternative is calculated by using the weighted averaging operator for linguistic 2-tuple. Finally, an example is given to illustrate that this method is effective and practicable.
